Diabetes Gala

Annual Fundraiser to benefit the Georgetown Diabetes Research and Education Program. The program’s mission is to create a better future for people with diabetes by developing and supporting education programs throughout the United States and developing and performing research that will bring the newest methods of diabetes treatment to the community.

• Created name concept “Put Diabetes on Ice”
• Manage logistics and publicity which includes security silent auction donations
• Coordination of volunteer staff
• Coordination of entertainment, show script and day of event logistics
